Introducing Syncobus – Where Education Meets Technology

Syncobus was born from a simple but powerful idea: to create a platform that connects people to opportunities, technology, and each other in meaningful ways. The journey began when our founder, Morakinyo Oladokun, a passionate educator and digital strategist, recognised a growing gap between the digital skills people needed and the opportunities available to access them — especially among underrepresented groups, international students, and underserved communities in the UK. During his work in education and technology consultancy, Morakinyo often met talented individuals and small businesses struggling to navigate the fast-evolving digital world. At the same time, his business partner, Olajide Kudor,o was providing educational support services to postgraduate and undergraduate students, equipping them for academic and professional success. Together, they realised the immense potential of merging education and technology solutions under one umbrella. From this shared vision, Syncobus was created — a dynamic, future-focused platform offering digital skills training, educational consultancy, and bespoke tech solutions for individuals and organisations alike. Since day one, our mission has been clear: empower lives, reduce skills gaps, and foster a culture of tech creators rather than just consumers.
